Taking Action

Taking action to minimize or eliminate the negative environmental health impacts in your life can take many forms. It could involve changing your diet to include organic produce and hormone free meat. Perhaps you decide to join a local group as a volunteer to share resources or information about local issues, like chemicals in the air from a local manufacturing plant. It could also be sharing a personal experience that others can learn from. Showing up for yourself and your family or becoming involved in local initiatives makes a difference.
